Terms of Service

1. Licence

On payment you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the purchased software. The licence is bound to the MetaTrader 5 account number(s) you declare at checkout. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the software available to any third party. The full source-code product may be modified for your own internal use only; redistribution or resale of the source, or of any derivative, remains prohibited.

2. No warranty of performance

The software is an execution and analysis tool. TTJ Systems Ltd gives no warranty, representation, or guarantee of profitability or trading performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Your risk settings, including risk percentage and stop-loss configuration
• Your choice of broker, account type, and trading conditions
• Testing the software on a demo account before using it on a live account
• All trading decisions taken using the software

4. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTJ Systems Ltd excludes liability for trading losses arising from your use of the software, and for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.

5. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including that digital content be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described — are expressly preserved and are not affected by these terms. Beyond those statutory rights, the software is supplied “as is”.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
